Before returning any product, email customercare@deborahlippmann.com for a Return Authorization Number.
Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges and returns are shipped at the customers expense. Original shipping fees are refunded in the case of returns.
Returns should be sent by Secure Mail so they may be tracked.
